How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better SavingBudgets partners with global merchants and to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products to help you stay on your Budget. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, China, India, Mexico, Europe,  etc. via our partnership with USPS. 

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, please allow 7-20 business days for your parcel/s to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please contact us for tracking)  :-)

We offer international shipping options too on certain products - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Can I track my order?

Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will send you a tracking number.

What if I want to return an item?

No worries!  and we'll help guide you through the process - If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 14 business days from the day the item was received by you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

How can I get in touch if I have a problem with my order?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Amazon payments. Please note that we constantly work with payment processors to offer the best and SECURE service available.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

As we always try provide you with the best service available, we use multiple warehouses and suppliers around the world. So you might get some of your items on different parcels and days.

The Tracking Number for my order stopped updating, what happened?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Some customs departments take long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. Normally this resolve the issues.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement at no cost to you!
